Repeated Pregnancy Loss

Unfortunately, the reality is that miscarriages are a lot more common than we think. Up to 25% of pregnancies may be lost before 20 weeks gestation. This is devastating for women and leaves them feeling lost, alone and wondering why.

It can be difficult to understand the reasons behind a miscarriage, but most often, they are unknown or related to chromosomal abnormalities.

When speaking with women who have gone through one or more miscarriages, I try and reassure them that there are things that they can do to help improve the chances of a successful pregnancy.

Care & Support

By incorporating the foundations of the fertility care or Preconception Program, we can support the necessary areas of your health.

A woman should never blame a miscarriage on something they feel they did wrong! While it may be natural to “blame” yourself, you must know you did not do anything to cause this. What we do know from research is that there are factors that can be linked to increasing the chances of miscarriage. Knowing these factors and making some changes that improve egg and sperm quality can all help with having a successful full-term pregnancy.
